Step One
REGISTER YOURSELF AND YOUR ORGANIZATION
Register your ministry or organization as a Partner and get access. (It’s best for Leaders to use a computer. Participants can use their mobile devices.)
Step Two
DESIGN OUTREACH
Before you create your outreach, you need to start with a request. First, send us a few details about the kind of outreach you want. (Do this when you register.) Then, we will set you up with an administrator login so you can finish designing your outreach. As the primary leader, you may invite other leaders to assist you.
You name the outreach, set dates, qualifications, and fees. Consider your APP Launch Fees when setting your participant fees. Add a good photo. And then…
Step Three
PAY FEE & RECRUIT PARTICIPANTS
Pay the APP Launch Fee to get your outreach published so you can begin recruiting. Because we seek to do justice, fees are based on the country of destination, or your home country if you are hosting a team at your location. Find your country under our International Fee Scale. (This is the only fee charged to your organization. Fees are $275USD/year or less, including 33%-to-66% discounts for organizations in developing world countries.)

We will share your outreach on Google Ads, on our email list, and on social media campaigns. You can share your Outreach listing with your social network too. (NOTE: If you choose to limit applications to those you directly invite, you should let us know so we can restrict your outreach listing from public view.)
Step Four
APPROVE & OVERSEE
You will receive immediate notifications when participants apply. As the leader, it’s your job to review, interview, and approve or disapprove any applicant, which is very easy because you receive immediately notifications on the APP. When you accept an applicant, the APP triggers a welcome email and instructions for Participants to login and create their own Landing Page.
You are responsible to welcome Participant(s) personally, but again, the APP sends out an automatic email welcoming applicants. Remember, it’s easy to schedule meetings and send messages to the team from the APP. Everyone will have immediate access to all the information you desire to share.
